Identity Verification (KYC): UFA99 carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all withdrawals exceeding RM2,000. You may be required to submit a copy of your MyKad or passport along with proof of ownership of the payment account used.
UFA99 only accepts deposits via legitimate and verified payment methods. Currently accepted methods are:

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the UFA99 account holder. UFA99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This is an important security measure to protect users from fraud.
Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balances (original deposit funds and winnings that have fulfilled the rollover requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. UFA99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual.
All bonuses, promotions, and rewards offered by UFA99 are subject to specific wagering (rollover) requirements stated in each promotional offer. Users must read and understand these conditions before claiming any bonus.
Programme UFA99 VIP Rewards has five (5) membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier eligibility is determined by cumulative wagering amount over a 30-day period. UFA99 reserves the right to downgrade a user's VIP tier if their betting activity falls below the set minimum threshold.
Warning: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, sharing accounts, or coordinating bets between users — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account termination without compensation.
All sports bets — including Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), badminton, e-sports, and live matches — are final once confirmed by the system. UFA99 does not accept bet cancellations after a match has started, except under exceptional circumstances as defined in our cancellation policy.
If a match is postponed or cancelled before the full 90 minutes are played (for football), all bets related to that match will be voided and funds returned to the user's account within 24 hours. Exceptions include half-time bets that have already been settled — these remain valid.
All Live Casino games at UFA99 use card dealing and wheel spinning systems operated by real dealers on live camera. All outcomes are final. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game round, that round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the user.
